Whether you want to visit the sandy beaches with the kids or enjoy a relaxing, romantic stroll through the Wolds countryside, the Wren cottage is the perfect place to stay. Stylishly designed in 2018, the cottage is set in six acres of privately owned land. Guests have access to all this land, which includes picnic benches and a BBQ area. The local town of Louth was voted ‘favourite market town of the year’ by the BBC’s Countryfile magazine in 2012, while the glorious cathedral and cobbled streets of Lincoln are well worth a visit.
Our stylishly designed cottage for 2018 comprises; one large open space, the lounge and kitchen/diner is equipped with everything you need, including an electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, and fridge with ice box. It also has a breakfast bar with space for up to four people, making it a great place to enjoy a family brunch. For your comfort, the lounge area is home to comfy seating, a TV with built in DVD player, which leads through to the rear garden. Inside the cottage, you will also find a bedroom with a king-size zip-and-link bed, which can be made into a twin upon request, a bedroom with a double bed, and shower room with a shower and WC.
When you exit through the back door, you will be greeted by a delightful garden with a bistro table. The cottage is set on six acres of land for you to explore at your leisure. This includes a picnic field with benches, gas BBQ and wild flower hedges– a great place for your dog and children to play. If you bring your own bikes, secure storage is available, and plenty of off-road parking is also provided.
The fees for bringing a pet are £20 per dog for up to 7 nights, £40 for up to 14 nights, and an additional £20 for every week or part week thereafter.
