Shrouded by six acres of flora, fauna, and green pastures, the Pied Wagtail cottage offers the best of both worlds. On one hand you have the beautiful Wolds countryside, and on the other is beautiful sandy beaches. Set near Louth, Lincolnshire, which was voted the ‘favourite market town of the year’ by the BBC’s Countryfile magazine, the brand-new cottage was stylishly designed in 2017. It offers ground-floor accommodation with ramp access and a wet room, making it suitable for disabled visitors.
Step into the lounge and kitchen/diner, with its stylish suite, and you will find everything you need for cooking up a treat, including an electric oven and hob. A fridge and dishwasher are also provided. The breakfast bar has space for four and is the ideal place to tuck into a hearty brunch before heading out for the day. The lounge area, which offers comfortable seating and a TV and DVD player, Leads through to the rear garden. The cottage also has two bedrooms, each with a king-size zip-and-link bed (which can be made into twins upon request), and a wet room with a shower and WC.
Passing through the back door will lead you onto a pretty garden space which has a bistro table set up. The owners have six acres for you to explore, part of which is a picnic field containing benches, gas BBQ and wild flower hedges, making it the perfect place for the kids and dog to play. There is secure bike storage should you wish to bring your own bikes, while ample off-road parking is also provided. Please note that the arrival time is 4:00 p.m.
The fees for bringing a pet are £20 per dog for up to 7 nights, £40 for up to 14 nights, and an additional £20 for every week or part week thereafter.
