When you visit Brambling cottage, you will never be short of things to do. Although the cottage itself has a brand-new, stylish design, you may be enticed outside to explore the six acres of privately owned land. Other local sites include Louth, which was voted the ‘favourite market town of the year’ in 2012 by BBC’s Countryfile magazine, and the beautiful cathedral and cobbled streets of Lincoln.
Designed for your comfort, the lounge area has a TV with built in DVD player, comfortable seating for all the family, and the entrance to the rear garden. The lounge and kitchen/diner is equally well equipped, being home to an gas hob and electric oven, fridge with ice box, and dishwasher. It also has a breakfast bar that seats up to four people. The cottage has two bedrooms: one with a king-size zip-and-link bed, which can be made into a twin upon request, and one with a double bed. There is also a modern shower room with a shower and WC.
Outside the property, you will find a delightful garden space with a bistro table, and six acres of land to discover. This includes a picnic field with benches, gas BBQ and wild flower hedges – a great place for your children and dog to play. Should you bring your own bicycles, secure storage is provided, and off-road parking is available just outside the property.
The fees for bringing a pet are £20 per dog for up to 7 nights, £40 for up to 14 nights, and an additional £20 for every week or part week thereafter.
